Some of the central areas of Bristol have a Clean Air Zone, known as a “CAZ“. A CAZ is different to a congestion zone as only some vehicles are charged for being driven through the affected area.
The DCS offices are outside the Bristol CAZ zone. Visitors to our offices, however, should check the CAZ boundaries to ensure you do not drive through the area on route to our offices. (Note that visitors are only seen by appointment).
We do not collect charges, penalties or debts associated with the Bristol CAZ.
