We charge an initial Instruction Fee of just £30.00 +VAT for each case that we take on. We will raise our invoice for this when we receive a completed Instruction Form.

We will calculate the total debt owed to our client; this will include "Compensation Entitlement", "Interest charges" and possibly a contribution towards additional debt collection costs. We aim to recover the full debt, including additional charges.

The debtor will be instructed to make payment (normally by bank transfer) direct to our client.

Our Success Fee is charged at 90% of the extra that we collect. In the event that we are not able to recover the full debt, we charge a Success Fee of 22% of the sum recovered. Our Terms and Conditions are fully explained on our Instruction Form.
